About this role
The PRO Associate supports Floor & Decor’s professional contractor (PRO) customers by building relationships and promoting the company’s PRO offerings to grow customer business and loyalty. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and is based in-store, helping drive PRO priorities and connect contractors with Floor & Decor services and programs.
