About this role
A PRO Services Associate at Floor & Decor focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with professional contractor (PRO) customers in the hard surface flooring space. The role supports execution of the company’s PRO priorities and reports to the PRO Services Manager to help grow PRO business and customer participation. This is an hourly retail position based in-store and may require occasional travel.
