Problem Solver

The Problem Solver role supports the operational area of the Logistics Center by resolving incidents that arise during operations, providing immediate solutions or coordinating with management for process improvements. This position involves supporting receiving, preparation, dispatch, and transit operations while monitoring operational processes to ensure quality and report deviations. The role also requires communicating improvement points to various departments and managing client order incidents.
