Procedure Validation & Improvement

This role focuses on validating and improving technical procedures for in-house tools, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Issue Correction Requests, and leading technical escalations to ensure timely resolution. The position requires cross-regional support, maintaining technical documentation, and engaging with customers and field teams to troubleshoot issues. It involves developing deep expertise in E-Beam subsystems and supporting diagnostics for semiconductor wafer inspection systems.
