Process Analyst

A Process Analyst at FNB Botswana is responsible for overseeing the organisation’s process landscape to ensure processes are clearly defined, documented, measured, and governed. The role focuses on creating visibility, accountability and control across enterprise processes and ensuring they remain compliant and fit for purpose in a changing business environment. The position works closely with process owners and cross-functional teams to support process governance and continual improvement.
