About this role

Alpha Intelligence is seeking a hands-on process and knowledge engineer to join State Street’s AI & Automation Center of Excellence for Alpha Implementations. The role involves transforming complex processes end-to-end by understanding current workflows, designing simplified future-state processes, and enabling automation and AI solutions to improve speed, control, and client outcomes. The ideal candidate will be analytical, structured, and delivery-focused, working directly with subject-matter experts to own process discovery and documentation with limited supervision.

Responsibilities
