The Process Control Administrator maintains bulk wine inventory movements and ensures accurate Federal regulatory record-keeping at Delicato bonded facilities. Collaborating with Compliance, Winemaking Planning, and Cellar departments, this role utilizes the DV System to authorize movements, review production orders, and reconcile daily bottling operations. The position requires a high level of accuracy to support government reporting, regulatory audits, and internal end-of-month closing processes.
