The Process Control Leader at Prysmian Wrexham owns the performance of a stream of machines and serves as the link between machine performance, people performance and product quality. The role coordinates across HSE, production, maintenance, quality and planning teams to drive machine performance and continuous improvement. The position is based onsite at the Wrexham factory within Prysmian's manufacturing operations.
