Process Design Engineer

This role involves owning the value stream processes for CNC machining, driving spindle time optimization, and leading continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and Six Sigma. The position requires managing production documentation, enforcing setup standards, and utilizing specific software tools such as SAP CM25 and Siemens TMGR to enhance manufacturing efficiency. As a key leader on the floor, the individual will partner with programmers and operators to reduce downtime, improve OEE, and ensure compliance with global SYNCHRO audit standards.
