Redlen Technologies Inc.
The Process Development Engineer, NPI is an intermediate-level role focused on the development, fabrication, and characterization of proprietary semiconductor radiation detector products. This hands-on position requires expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes and advanced data analysis to optimize fabrication and troubleshoot issues. The successful candidate will work onsite at the Saanichton production facility, collaborating with the NPI Process Development Manager to drive process improvements and support manufacturing transfers.
Redlen Technologies designs and manufactures high-performance semiconductor radiation detectors and imaging modules based on cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) and related detector technologies. Their product lineup includes photon-counting and spectroscopic X‑ray/gamma detectors, detector modules, ASICs, development kits and turnkey imaging/OEM integration solutions. Redlen’s detectors operate at room temperature and are used across medical imaging (including spectral CT and nuclear medicine), security screening, industrial inspection and scientific instrumentation where high energy resolution and compact, scalable detector arrays are required. They combine custom engineering, production-scale manufacturing, and support for integration into clinical and industrial systems.
