Process Engineer 3

Lam Research is seeking a Process Engineer 3 to join the Global Metrology Team, driving the development of advanced in-situ and analytical metrology solutions to improve on-wafer performance and support low global warming potential process technologies. The role involves applying diagnostic techniques and advanced analytical methods to characterize surface modifications, identify defect root causes, and resolve technical challenges. Additionally, the engineer will develop data-driven metrology approaches using machine learning to create predictive models and deploy emerging inspection technologies for semiconductor manufacturing.
