Process Engineer, BB-SI

The Process Engineer, BB-SI will develop, improve, and sustain PCBA manufacturing processes with a focus on cost, quality, delivery, productivity, and yield improvements. This role supports process engineering activities across new product introduction, equipment implementation, process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a high-technology electronics manufacturing environment. The position reports to the Engineering Manager and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers to define product specifications and drive manufacturing excellence.
