Process Engineer I

A Process R&D Engineer I at Campbell’s supports the Meals & Sauces R&D team in advancing product and process development and enabling scale-up from pilot to manufacturing. This entry-level engineering role contributes to feasibility work, cost-improvement efforts, and cross-functional collaboration while developing technical and project management capabilities. The position reports to the R&D Manager – Process Engineering and works closely with product development and manufacturing partners.
