About this role

The Process Engineer II at Iovance supports startup, commissioning, qualification and validation (CQV) of process equipment and the development of process technical transfer documentation to enable commercial cell therapy manufacturing. The role partners with senior leadership on long-term operational and facility engineering strategy while working across office and manufacturing lab environments. The position contributes to building commercial manufacturing capacity for novel TIL-based immunotherapies and ensures compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
