Process Engineer – Paints & Coatings

The Process Engineer – Paints & Coatings provides technical leadership for industrial paint, coating, and finishing processes, combining hands-on manufacturing support with process engineering and project leadership. This role involves developing new processes, improving existing operations, troubleshooting coating concerns, and successfully launching new or revised products across Engineering, Quality, Production, Tooling, and customer interfaces. The position focuses on identifying and implementing effective engineering solutions to enhance manufacturing processes, capabilities, quality, and efficiency, with a strong emphasis on industrial paint and coating applications.
