About this role
Ecolab is hiring an experienced Process Engineer to support industrial chemical manufacturing at its flagship Clearing, IL facility within the Global Water division. The role is focused on improving polymer/blend and colloidal silica processes to advance plant safety, product quality, sustainability, and production performance. This position partners closely with plant operations and cross-functional teams to support plant-wide manufacturing excellence.
