Process Engineer

As a Subject Matter Expert in automated contact lens manufacturing equipment, you will drive continuous improvement projects focusing on uptime, yield, and cycle time. Your role involves diagnosing line detractors, optimizing maintenance and calibration activities, and providing technical training to operations and maintenance teams within a regulated environment. You will also support site strategy, capacity expansion, and the development of standard operating procedures and engineering protocols.
