Process Engineer

This role provides process engineering leadership and production support for the manufacture of Laser Optics, focusing on sustaining and improving manufacturing processes to reduce variation and improve yield. The position involves resolving complex production issues, leading process improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support current operations and enable future growth. The engineer is responsible for developing tooling, maintaining documentation, and ensuring manufacturability while driving technical independence and sound engineering judgment.
