Process Engineer

This role supports the sustaining, optimization, and qualification of wafer fabrication processes, including etch, deposition, and photolithography, for Nokia's InP-based Photonic Integrated Circuits. The position involves assisting process engineers in developing recipes, analyzing statistical process control data, and troubleshooting fabrication problems to ensure smooth production flow. It also requires working in teams to scale processes to larger wafer sizes while meeting yield and uniformity objectives.
