Process Engineer

This role involves the development and introduction of new products into manufacturing processes, as well as the continuous improvement of existing processes at Montana Precision Products. The individual will work with limited supervision to manage manufacturing processes, New Product Introduction programs, and various projects while providing technical and project leadership. Responsibilities include interpreting technical specifications, assessing customer requirements, and making recommendations for design and process improvements. The position requires collaboration with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency in aerospace and industrial component manufacturing.
