Process Engineer

This role focuses on conceptualizing, planning, designing, and optimizing dynamic testing and functional (EOL) processes, including special processes like run-in and software flashing stations, to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. The position requires expertise in NVH evaluation, error-proofing design, and the application of lean manufacturing tools to enhance production efficiency. The engineer will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to manage new project development, budget tracking, and personnel training.
