Process Engineering for photolithography

This role focuses on process engineering for photolithography, supporting 24/7 operations and the development, qualification, and release of improved processes for existing and new technology generations. The position involves optimizing coat, exposure, and develop processes for Indium Phosphide (InP) based Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) wafer fabrication while driving yield and capacity improvements across multiple fabs. The role requires leading process qualification efforts, troubleshooting process problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement semiconductor industry best practices.
