Process Engineering Intern (Spring 2027)

The Process Engineering Intern will help develop and refine novel processes for advanced metal 3D printing systems by studying complex, multi-physics behavior and analyzing large in-situ data sets. This role involves collaborating with mechanical, software, and simulation engineers to support the development of next-generation processes using data-driven and machine-learning-enabled approaches. The intern will execute experiments, perform post-build metrology measurements, and assist in tool qualification procedures to drive continuous improvement.
