Process Engineering Manager

The Process Engineering Manager at Materion leads the process engineering function at the Brewster electronic materials facility, overseeing manufacturing process development, engineering projects, and production support to ensure product quality and cost objectives are met. The role works cross-functionally with manufacturing, product management, and supply chain to enable new product transitions and continuous improvement. The manager is also responsible for developing the engineering organization and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
