Process Excellence & Digital Enablement Procurement Director

This role defines the enterprise Procurement process-excellence and digital-enablement strategy, setting the operating model, process standards, governance, and investment priorities for execution across portfolios, Business Groups, and markets. The Director acts as a strategic adviser to the CPO and Procurement Leadership Team, driving transformation, data governance, and digital product adoption to create a simpler, faster, and more compliant Procurement organization. The position involves leading a team, establishing benefits-realisation disciplines, and building enterprise-wide capability through communities of practice and learning pathways.
