Process Excellence Lead

The Process Excellence Lead will own the simplify-before-migrate mandate for Acosta’s GBS transformation, leading end-to-end process redesign across all GCC-bound function families. This role is responsible for establishing process baselines, driving standardization, and ensuring migration readiness through strict sign-off authority. The position also involves developing a global team, championing continuous improvement, and supporting the design of the Global Process Owner function.
