Process Improvement Intern

This internship supports Zoox’s Process Improvement team within Fleet Operations as the company scales into a service-oriented business. The intern will help develop the asynchronous support ecosystem by building and maintaining internal and customer-facing documentation that underpins the Fusion Center and Customer Experience teams. The role also involves contributing to customer experience design and ensuring documentation reflects current workflows and product capabilities. Located in Foster City, CA, the position offers exposure to operational excellence and end-to-end customer experience in a cutting-edge mobility environment.
