Process Improvement Lead

The Process Improvement Lead drives safety, quality, and productivity goals within the Molding Department by leading continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing production efficiency. This role involves hands-on project leadership to enhance machine uptime, reduce scrap, and implement process improvements while ensuring accurate production reporting. The position requires strong leadership skills to direct shift supervisors, train employees on safety and quality standards, and serve as a backup to the Production Manager.
