Process Improvement Lead

The Process Improvement Lead serves as a strategic partner to encounter leadership, translating priorities into decisions, action, and measurable results. The role involves organizing complex work, building cross-functional relationships, and presenting clear recommendations to C-suite executives to improve Medicaid encounter submission performance. This position reports to the Director of Encounter Data Management and focuses on establishing governance, anticipating risks, and clarifying accountability.
