The Legacy Project US
The Process Improvement Specialist supports enterprise-wide operational excellence by analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing practical, sustainable solutions. This role develops standardized documentation, tracks improvement initiatives, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, consistency, scalability, and performance. The position works under the direction of the Director of Process Optimization to support company-wide process improvement initiatives across departments and business functions.
The Legacy Project is U.S. Engineering's effort to form and execute a sustainability plan that will benefit our customers, our communities and our own organization.
