Process Lead, Customer Supply Chain

The Process Lead, Customer Supply Chain provides regional oversight to ensure distributor inventory and order levels support retail objectives based on forecasted sales. This role involves monitoring forecast accuracy, managing shipment schedules, and overseeing the brewery supply planning team to balance service levels and capacity constraints. The position reports to the Sr. Manager - Customer Supply and leads a team of 4-6 colleagues.
