Process / Production Engineer

This role supports plant unit operations, continuous improvements, process and product startups, and ensures compliance with all EHS and PSM regulations. The position involves day-to-day production support, troubleshooting process and equipment issues, and managing continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, and cost. Additionally, the engineer participates in PSM initiatives, implements change management processes, and assists in training operations teams.
