About this role

Jensen Hughes is seeking an experienced Process Safety Consultant to lead and support Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) for manufacturing and industrial clients with high‑hazard operations. The role involves guiding clients through the full PHA lifecycle, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as NFPA, OSHA PSM, and insurer standards. The consultant will also contribute to proposal development and client engagements, traveling 25–50% for on‑site work.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform Process Hazard Analyses using HAZOP, What‑If, LOPA and FMEA
Guide clients through the full PHA lifecycle from preparation to follow‑up recommendations
Conduct site visits to evaluate risk and ensure compliance with NFPA, OSHA PSM and insurer standards
