About this role

The Process Safety Consultant will lead and support risk assessment and safety compliance projects for manufacturing and industrial clients, focusing on chemical processing, combustible dust, and high-hazard operations. The role involves conducting and facilitating Process Hazard Analyses, guiding clients through the PHA lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform Process Hazard Analyses using HAZOP, What‑If, LOPA and FMEA
Guide clients through the full PHA lifecycle from preparation to follow‑up recommendations
Conduct site visits to evaluate risk and ensure compliance with NFPA, OSHA PSM and insurer standards
