About this role

A co-op position supporting the commercialization of Direct Air Capture technologies through process modeling, data analytics, and advanced automation solutions. The role involves maintaining system metrics, testing process controls, and contributing to data applications and asset modeling within the Process Systems Engineering team. Candidates will work on-site in Squamish, BC, over an 8-month or longer term starting in September 2026.

Responsibilities

Support data migration and end-user adoption for published applications
Validate and maintain asset templates reflecting functional and logical attributes
Test supervisory control strategies using plant simulations
Develop and test soft-sensor systems combining historical data and models
Contribute to the continuous improvement of in-house technical applications
