About this role

This role involves the safe operation of highly automated syringe filling equipment and performing required area cleaning within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The Filling Technician supports line leads in operator development, ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, and drives departmental objectives for safety, quality, and productivity. Key duties include proactive monitoring of documentation, troubleshooting, and assisting in the training of shift operators.

Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and safety standards
Monitor product quality and document all manufacturing activities accurately
