About this role

The Process Technician - Intern supports engineering and technical teams in the setup, evaluation, and qualification of plastic injection molds at NyproMold. This role provides hands-on experience with injection molding equipment, mold testing, process development, and part inspection. The intern works alongside experienced Process Technicians and Engineers to gain practical knowledge of precision moldmaking and injection molding processes.

Responsibilities

Support injection mold setup, installation, and removal from molding machines
Assist with process development, troubleshooting, and documentation of molding parameters
Inspect molded parts and organize samples for dimensional and quality evaluations
