Process Technician

The Process Technician serves as the leading operator of manufacturing production equipment within a department and acts as a backup for the supervisor. This role involves setting up, troubleshooting, and operating all equipment within the assigned area, with a focus on plastic injection molding, thermoforming, and/or plastic extrusion processes. The technician ensures quality production by monitoring automation, performing mold changes, and collaborating with maintenance teams to resolve mechanical and process issues.
