Process Transformation & Design Thinking

This role focuses on leading end-to-end process redesign engagements using Design Thinking and human-centred methodologies to reengineer complex business processes in areas like Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance. The position involves identifying automation opportunities using RPA, AI, and low-code tools to define and support an automation roadmap aligned with business objectives. Additionally, the role requires acting as a transformation advisor to leadership, facilitating change management efforts, and communicating transformation results to senior stakeholders.
