Processing Manager

The Processing Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Processing Department, including hydrocarbon extraction, refinement, infused product manufacturing, packaging, and pre-roll production. This role provides direct leadership to the Lab/Extraction, Packaging, flower gramming, and pre-roll teams, manages staffing and scheduling, and oversees material and finished product inventory. The position also leads new product development, creates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensures all operations are cost-effective, compliant, and consistent.
