This position is responsible for developing, evaluating, negotiating, and administering county-wide Information Technology (IT) contracts for software, SaaS solutions, professional services, and technology-related goods. The role requires strong technical comprehension to interpret vendor IT contract templates and apply County boilerplate terms to ensure compliance and reduce contract risk. The Procurement Analyst II collaborates closely with County IT leadership and departmental stakeholders to develop scopes of work and guide teams through complex procurement activities.
