Procurement Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)

This role involves validating and processing purchase requisitions, converting them to purchase orders, and managing amendments, closures, and cancellations while ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The incumbent will collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to resolve invoice reconciliation issues, execute quote collections and source bidding processes, and produce accurate reports. A key focus includes maintaining adherence to standard operating procedures and directives within a centralized purchasing or shared service environment.
