Procurement Analyst

The Procurement Analyst supports City-wide procurement and contracting activities by preparing documentation, coordinating solicitations, and tracking contracts under the guidance of the Procurement and Payables Manager. This role ensures compliance with public contracting rules, assists with routine purchasing, and provides limited accounts payable support as needed. The position focuses on small and less complex procurement matters while maintaining accurate records and fostering positive vendor relationships.
