Procurement and Accounts Payable Support

This role supports the Executive Director of Procurement and Accounts Payable Manager in managing procurement, payment, and receiving processes while ensuring compliance with institutional, state, and federal policies. The position handles vendor management, purchase orders, and contract materials, while also assisting with the P-Card program and accounts payable tasks such as invoice processing and travel settlements. The incumbent provides customer service to internal and external stakeholders and supports cross-functional departmental coverage.
