About this role

Decima International is seeking an experienced Procurement & Contracts Lead to manage the full procurement and contract lifecycle for large-scale data center and infrastructure programs in KSA. The role acts as the Owner's onsite representative, leading tendering, contract administration, and close-out activities while protecting the Client's commercial and contractual position. This position involves developing procurement strategies, evaluating bids, managing variations and claims, and leading a dedicated team to ensure project delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead procurement and contract lifecycle for large-scale data center programs
Manage tendering, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations with EPC contractors
Administer post-award contracts including variations, claims, and close-out
