Procurement Counsel

Nscale is seeking a Procurement Counsel to serve as the day-to-day legal partner for its Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, and business teams. This role involves negotiating a high volume of vendor and supplier agreements for hardware, software, networking components, and services to support the company's AI infrastructure. The position requires managing a broad portfolio of matters independently, developing contracting templates, and providing practical legal advice to internal stakeholders.
