Procurement Manager, EPC Contracts

The Procurement Manager, EPC Contracts is a strategic role responsible for managing all EPC contractor relationships across Project Matador's power generation scope. This position owns the full contract lifecycle, from sourcing and RFP execution through award, administration, and closeout, for multi-hundred million dollar LSTK and reimbursable EPC engagements. The role sits at the intersection of procurement strategy, project controls, and contractor performance management.
