Procurement Manager - Facility Management

This role leads end-to-end procurement activities for Facility Management services, including sourcing, tendering, and vendor negotiation to ensure competitive pricing and quality service delivery. The position involves managing the full vendor lifecycle, monitoring performance against KPIs and SLAs, and overseeing FM contracts and purchase orders. Additionally, the incumbent develops and manages annual FM operational budgets, monitors budget utilization, and provides financial updates to management.
