The Procurement Manager will lead day‑to‑day procurement activities for the Bus Franchising Programme, developing documentation, managing processes, coordinating evaluations and ensuring timely contract award and mobilisation. Reporting to the Bus Franchising Procurement Lead, the role also supervises procurement colleagues and works closely with legal, contract management and service teams to deliver value‑for‑money outcomes for South Yorkshire.
