The Procurement Manager will own vendor management and sourcing for Pattern's growing U.S. warehouse network, focusing on consumable packaging supplies and operational efficiency. This role involves developing sourcing strategies, negotiating supplier contracts, and managing spend budgets to support high-velocity fulfillment operations. The position requires a hands-on approach to evolving procurement processes as the network expands from four to approximately ten facilities.
